As a Sales Representative with Polish working from home in Poland, you will play a key role in creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning work environment and company culture.

What You’ll be Doing

Your position as a Sales Representative will include generating new business, contacting existing clients, and employing a consultative approach to deliver customized solutions that align with the unique needs of the clients, while executing sales strategies to reach the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You'll report to the Sales Director. You will contribute to both the success of the customer experience and the overall effectiveness of the team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Expand your business portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention.

  • Connect with decision-makers by utilizing Influencers and Users to close sales.

  • Engage clients in a consultative manner to construct value propositions that suit their needs, aiming to increase volume for existing clients and attract new customers.

  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure exceptional customer experience delivery.

  • Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the proper channel.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Ideally, a proven record of sales success, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated success in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

  • Adopt a holistic approach that involves cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment scheduling.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives and contributing to business growth.

  • Fluency in Polish (minimum C1 level) and conversational English (minimum B1 level).
