As a Sales Representative with Polish working from home in Poland, you’ll be involved in creating and delivering incredible customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, a recognized employment experience and company culture.

What You’ll be Doing

Your position as a Sales Representative will entail generating new business, reaching out to existing customers, and employing a consultative approach to offer customized solutions that address the clients’ specific needs, while implementing sales strategies to meet the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You'll report to the Sales Director. You’ll play a vital role in the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Expand your book of business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention.

  • Connect with decision-makers by utilizing Influencers and Users to facilitate closing deals.

  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that meet their needs, aiming to increase volume for existing clients and attract new customers.

  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and guarantee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

  • Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, direct the lead to the appropriate channel.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Ideally, a established track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B landscape

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

  • Have a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship management, sales process and appointment scheduling.

  • Goal-driven with a strong emphasis on reaching targets and fostering business growth.

  • Fluency in Polish (C1 minimum level) and conversational English (B1 minimum level).
