As a Sales Representative with Slovenian working from home in Poland, you’ll participate in creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, a celebrated employment experience and company culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your role as a Sales Representative will focus on generating new business, reaching out to existing customers, and applying a consultative approach to deliver customized solutions that cater to the clients’ specific needs, while implementing sales strategies to meet the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You'll report to the Sales Director. You’ll contribute to enhancing the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:

Expand your book of business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring retention.

Reach the decision maker by leveraging Influencers and Users to help close the business.

Engage customers in a consultative manner to formulate value propositions that meet their needs, with the aim of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.

Respond to incoming calls/emails and guarantee exceptional customer experiences.

Assess the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or, alternatively, refer the lead to the suitable channel.
What You Bring to the Role

Ideally, a strong record of sales success, preferably in a B2B setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Proven proficiency in sales negotiation and closing strategies.

Adopt a comprehensive approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales processes, and appointment scheduling.

Goal-focused with a robust emphasis on hitting targets and facilitating business growth.

Proficiency in Slovenian (minimum C1 level) and working knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).
