As a Sales Representative with Slovenian working from home in Poland, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your position as a Sales Representative will entail generating new business, reaching out to existing customers, and employing a consultative approach to deliver customized solutions that meet the clients’ distinct needs, all while implementing sales strategies to meet targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You will report to the Sales Director. Your contributions will be vital to both the success of the customer experience and the overall performance of the team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Expand your book of business by creating new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring client retention.

  • Reach the decision maker by utilizing Influencers and Users to assist in closing the business.

  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions tailored to their needs, aiming to increase volume for existing clients and acquire volume for new customers.

  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experiences.

  • Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business, or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Ideally, a proven record of sales success, preferably within a B2B setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Demonstrated skill in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

  • Adopt a well-rounded strategy that incorporates cold calling, relationship building, sales processes, and appointment setting.

  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.

  • Fluency in Slovenian (C1 minimum level) and proficient English (B1 minimum level).
