As a Sales Representative fluent in Slovak working remotely from Poland, you’ll contribute to crafting and delivering exceptional customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, recognized for its award-winning employment experience and company culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities as a Sales Representative will include generating new business prospects, reaching out to existing clients, and employing a consultative approach to provide customized solutions that fulfill the clients’ specific requirements, while executing sales strategies to meet targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You will report to the Sales Director. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and achieving the overall success of the team.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:

Build your portfolio by identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure loyalty.

Connect with decision-makers by leveraging Influencers and Users to facilitate business closures.

Engage customers with a consultative approach to create value propositions that address their needs, with the aim of increasing sales volume for existing clients and attracting new customers.

Handle incoming calls/emails while ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

Recognize the customer’s shipping profile to solidify their business or alternatively, direct the lead to the appropriate channel.
What You Bring to the Role

Ideally, a proven history of successful sales, preferably in a B2B sector.

Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.

Proven capability in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

A comprehensive approach that encompasses cold calling, relationship building, sales processes, and appointment scheduling.

Goal-driven with a strong emphasis on reaching targets and fostering business growth.

Fluency in Slovak (C1 minimum) and conversational English (B1 minimum).
