As a Sales Associate with Latvian working from home in Poland, you’ll participate in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment atmosphere and company culture.
Your Responsibilities
Your position as a Sales Associate will entail generating new business, reaching out to existing customers, and employing a consultative approach to provide customized solutions that fulfill the unique requirements of clients, all while executing sales strategies to meet targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You will report to the Sales Director. You will contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
In a Typical Day, You’ll:

Expand your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer retention.

Reach the decision maker by leveraging Influencers and Users to help secure the business.

Interact with customers in a consultative manner to create value propositions that address their needs, aiming to increase volume for existing clients and acquire volume for new customers.

Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or, alternatively, refer the lead to the proper channel.
What You Bring to the Position

Ideally, a solid track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B context

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Demonstrated expertise in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

Embrace a well-rounded strategy that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales procedures, and appointment setting.

Goal-driven with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.

Proficient in Latvian (C1 minimum level) and communicative English (B1 minimum level).
