As a Sales Representative with Lithuanian working remotely in Poland, you will play a key role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience along with a vibrant company culture.
Your Responsibilities
Your position as a Sales Representative will include generating new business opportunities, connecting with existing customers, and applying a consultative approach to deliver customized solutions that meet the clients’ specific needs, while implementing sales strategies to hit the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

We’ll provide you with training to become a subject matter expert in your domain, allowing you to confidently offer the highest level of service possible, be it through voice, chat, or email interactions. You'll report to the Sales Director. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the team.
A Typical Day Will Involve:

Expanding your book of business by identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention.

Connecting with decision-makers by leveraging Influencers and Users to facilitate business closures.

Engaging clients in a consultative way to develop value propositions that meet their needs, with the aim of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring new customer business.

Responding to incoming calls/emails and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Identifying the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business, or alternatively, directing the lead to the appropriate channel.
What You Offer for This Role

Preferably, a demonstrable history of sales success, ideally in a B2B environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven expertise in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

Employ a well-rounded approach including cold calling, relationship building, sales processes, and setting appointments.

Goal-focused with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.

Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 minimum) and communicative English (B1 minimum).
