As a Sales Representative with Hebrew working remotely in Poland, you will be involved in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning workplace and company culture.

Your Responsibilities

Your role as a Sales Representative will entail generating new business, reaching out to current customers, and utilizing a consultative approach to deliver customized solutions that address the clients’ specific needs, while implementing sales strategies to meet the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

We’ll provide training to make you a subject matter expert in your domain, ensuring you can confidently offer the highest level of service, whether through voice, chat, or email interactions. You will report to the Sales Director. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Expand your business portfolio by developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention.

  • Connect with decision-makers by leveraging Influencers and Users to assist in closing deals.

  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to create value propositions that meet their needs, aiming to increase volume from existing clients and acquire new customers.

  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experiences.

  • Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, direct the lead to the appropriate channel.

Your Qualifications

  • Ideally, a demonstrated history of success in sales, preferably within a B2B context

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven capability in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

  • Adopt a comprehensive approach that encompasses cold calling, building relationships, sales processes, and appointment setting.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving targets and contributing to business expansion.

  • Fluency in Hebrew (C1 minimum level) and conversational English (B1 minimum level).
