As a Sales Representative fluent in Hebrew working from home in Poland, you will be involved in crafting and delivering exceptional customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment environment and company culture.

Your Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Sales Representative, you will focus on generating new business, reaching out to existing clients, and employing a consultative approach to offer customized solutions that fulfill the clients’ distinct needs, while implementing sales strategies to meet targets through both outbound and inbound sales communications.

We will provide training for you to become a subject matter expert in your area, ensuring you can confidently provide the highest level of service possible, whether through voice, chat, or email interactions. You will report to the Sales Director. Your contributions will enhance the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

On a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Expand your client portfolio by developing new business leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention.

  • Reach decision-makers by utilizing Influencers and Users to help finalize business deals.

  • Engage clients in a consultative manner to develop value propositions tailored to their needs, aiming to increase volume for existing clients and gain new customers.

  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of an excellent customer experience.

  • Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Ideally, a solid track record of sales achievements, preferably in a B2B context.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven expertise in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

  • A well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales processes, and appointment setting.

  • Goal-driven with a strong emphasis on reaching targets and fostering business growth.

  • Fluency in Hebrew (minimum C1 level) and conversational English (minimum B1 level).
