As a Sales Representative fluent in Estonian working from home in Poland, you’ll participate in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning work environment and company culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities as a Sales Representative will include generating new business, reaching out to existing customers, and employing a consultative approach to provide customized solutions that cater to the clients’ specific needs, while implementing sales strategies to meet targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You'll report to the Sales Director. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Expand your book of business by creating new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention.

  • Connect with decision-makers by utilizing Influencers and Users to help close business deals.

  • Involve customers in a consultative manner to craft value propositions that meet their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring new customers.

  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and guarantee the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

  • Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Ideally, a proven track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B context

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

  • Adopt a comprehensive approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales processes, and appointment setting.

  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.

  • Proficient in Estonian (C1 minimum level) and communicative English (B1 minimum level).
