As a Sales Representative speaking Czech working from home in Poland, you’ll be part of creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning workplace and company culture.
Your Responsibilities
Your position as a Sales Representative will entail generating new business, reaching out to existing customers, and employing a consultative approach to deliver customized solutions that address the clients’ unique needs, while implementing sales strategies to meet targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You’ll report to the Sales Director. You’ll play a role in enhancing the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the team.
On a Typical Day, You’ll:

Expand your book of business by developing new opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer retention.

Reach the decision maker by leveraging Influencers and Users to facilitate closing deals.

Engage customers in a consultative manner to craft value propositions that align with their needs, aiming to increase volume for existing clients and attract volume from new customers.

Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experience.

Identify the customer’s shipping profile to secure their business or, alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.
Your Qualifications

Ideally, a strong history of sales success, preferably in a B2B setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Proven expertise in sales negotiation and closing techniques.

Embrace a comprehensive approach that encompasses cold calling, building relationships, sales processes, and appointment scheduling.

Goal-oriented with a strong emphasis on achieving objectives and contributing to business growth.

Fluency in Czech (C1 minimum level) and conversational English (B1 minimum level).
