We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment/ IT equipment, and we have so much equipment in the office that you will almost feel at home.
Tasks:
– Provide technical support to equipment users.
– Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
– Providing information on products and their functionality.
– Entering requests into the system.
Our requirements:
– Fluency in German (C1)
– very good command of English (B2).
– Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
– Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.
– Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
– Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month.

– Civil contract with a rate of PLN 50,00 gross/hour.
