Your responsibilities:
-
Provide consecutive interpreting,
-
Support various institutions in the US/UK (banks, post offices, medical centers, etc.) which are having difficulties in communicating with foreigners living there due to a language barrier,

Answer requests and interpret real-time conversations both ways via a phone call, using a dedicated application.
Our requirements:
-
Excellent command of Ukrainian and English- both mandatory,
-
Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation,

Being able to empathize with the caller,
-
You live in Poland and have legally authorized to work in the country,
-
Work from 16:00 to 1:00 in shifts: 16:00-24:00 and 17:00-1:00 Monday-Friday (full-time work),

Have a stable cable internet connection and calm environment to be able to work remotely from home,

Stress resistant – if one of the speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergencies such as 911 calls.
