Customer Service Specialist with Czech or Slovak
Fully remote work mode from Poland.
Your daily tasks:
- 
Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails); 
- 
Meeting targets set by the client and management; 
- 
Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; 
- 
Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner; 
What do we expect from you?
- 
Language: Proficiency in Czech (C1) or Slovak (C1) and advanced knowledge of English (B1 level); 
- 
Experience: Customer Service experience would be a benefit, great if you have experience in technology focused roles; 
- 
Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills; 
- 
Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.
