We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.
Tasks:
– Provide technical support to equipment users.
– Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
– Providing information on products and their functionality.
– Entering requests into the system.
Our requirements:
– Fluency in Greek (B2/C1).
– Excellent command of English (B1/B2).
– Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
– Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.
– Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
– Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00; Saturday 8:00-14:00.

– Civil contract with a rate of PLN 49,00 gross/h.
– We will support your relocation to Poland (Warsaw). Depending on your needs, we offer accommodation for the first month or a relocation bonus of PLN 4000 gross.
