As an English Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to emails and chat inquiries from fashion industry business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to e-mails and chat inquiries from fashion industry business partners.

  • Supporting business partners in English.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency at the C1 level and polish language at least C1 level.

  • Availability of a minimum of 140 hours per month, with the possibility of increasing up to 160 hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

  • Availability to attend a 4-week onboarding training (1 day in person, remaining days remotely.

  • Fully remote work, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

  • Analytical skills and stress resistance.

  • Readiness to start training on September 1st, 2025.

We offer:

  • Fully paid onboarding training.

  • Civil contract.

  • Hourly rate of 31 zł gross/hour.

  • Possibility to work remotely – Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
