Your responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and multichannel support in English (phone, email, and chat)

  • Assist customers with issues related to parcel lockers (remote opening, PIN codes, parcel redirection)

  • Resolve problems at partner pickup points and clarify parcel statuses (e.g., “in transit,” “delivered”)

  • Meet performance metrics in areas such as Customer Satisfaction, Average Handling Time

  • Provide accurate information about parcel statuses and movements

Our requirements

  • Readiness to work Monday-Friday between 06.00-23.00 and chosen weekends 8.00-23.00

  • Availability for part time or full time

  • Strong in spoken and written English (at least C1)

  • High-speed internet – fixed broadband

  • Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues

  • Excellent detail orientation, prioritizing and work organization

  • Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments

  • Part-time students are welcome
