Your responsibilities

Provide superior customer service and multichannel support in English (phone, email, and chat)

Assist customers with issues related to parcel lockers (remote opening, PIN codes, parcel redirection)

Resolve problems at partner pickup points and clarify parcel statuses (e.g., “in transit,” “delivered”)

Meet performance metrics in areas such as Customer Satisfaction, Average Handling Time
-
Provide accurate information about parcel statuses and movements
Our requirements

Readiness to work Monday-Friday between 06.00-23.00 and chosen weekends 8.00-23.00

Availability for part time or full time
-
Strong in spoken and written English (at least C1)

High-speed internet – fixed broadband

Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues

Excellent detail orientation, prioritizing and work organization

Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments
