Customer Service Specialist with Czech, Slovak and English
Work mode: Fully remote work from Poland
Your daily tasks:

Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);

Meeting targets set by the client and management;

Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;

Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
What do we expect from you?

Language: Proficiency in both Czech and Slovak (native level) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);

Experience: Customer Service experience is preferred;

Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
-
Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.
