Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Sales of machinery and software to customers within the assigned area
• Acquiring customers and providing comprehensive support
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Providing technical advice and conducting negotiations
• Increasing market share by promoting the company’s solutions and products
• Analyzing and reporting activities in the CRM system
• Monitoring the market, competitors, and investment projects
• Participation in domestic and international industry trade fairs
Candidate Profile:
• experience with selling investment goods in the industrial field – big machines or equipment if the field of mechanical engineering (machines, production lines, complex projects)
• proved annual revenues of min. 2 mil. EUR
• technical drawings knowledge is mandatory
• mechanical engineering education preferred
• experience with public tenders
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Polish
• strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word, benefit would be the Salesforce knowledge
