Customer Support for a Streaming Service (Czech Language)

Are you looking for a fully remote opportunity you can do from anywhere in Poland?
Do you speak Czech at a minimum C1 level and English at B2 level?
If yes – we are looking for you!
What needs to be done?
Handling inbound customer calls in Czech.
Supporting customers with:
technical issues,
account-related questions,
subscriptions and payments.
Our requirements:
Czech (C1+) and English (B2) proficiency.
Good computer skills and the ability to multitask.
Positive, proactive attitude towards customers.
Confidence when speaking on the phone.
Possibility to provide availability within service hours (11:00–19:00), based on your preferred schedule.
Participation in onboarding sessions conducted over approx. 11 days (typically between 9:00–17:00, from our office) is required to get started.
Higher availability (approx. 128–170h monthly) is welcome.

Civil contract.
50,00 PLN gross/hour, including training time.
