Customer Support for a Streaming Service (Czech Language)

  • Are you looking for a fully remote opportunity you can do from anywhere in Poland?

  • Do you speak Czech at a minimum C1 level and English at B2 level?

If yes – we are looking for you!

What needs to be done?

  • Handling inbound customer calls in Czech.

  • Supporting customers with:

    • technical issues,

    • account-related questions,

    • subscriptions and payments.

​Our requirements:

  • Czech (C1+) and English (B2) proficiency.

  • Good computer skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Positive, proactive attitude towards customers.

  • Confidence when speaking on the phone.

  • Possibility to provide availability within service hours (11:00–19:00), based on your preferred schedule.

  • Participation in onboarding sessions conducted over approx. 11 days (typically between 9:00–17:00, from our office) is required to get started.

  • Higher availability (approx. 128–170h monthly) is welcome.
