Customer Support for a Streaming Service (Czech Language)

Are you looking for a fully remote job you can do from anywhere in Poland?
Do you speak Czech at a minimum C1 level and English at B2 level?

What needs to be done?
Handling inbound customer calls in Czech.
Supporting customers with:
technical issues,
account-related questions,
subscriptions and payments.
Our requirements:
Czech (C1+) and English (B2) proficiency.
Good computer skills and the ability to multitask.
Positive, proactive attitude towards customers.
Confidence when speaking on the phone.
Availability for an 11-day training (schedule organized by the company) – fully remote and paid.
Availability within service hours (11:00–19:00, 7 days a week), schedule agreed individually.
Preferred availability between 128–160 hours is a plus.
