Provide superior customer service and multichannel support in English (phone, email, and chat).
Assist customers with issues related to parcel lockers (remote opening, PIN codes, parcel redirection).
Resolve problems at partner pickup points and clarify parcel statuses (e.g., “in transit,” “delivered”).
Meet performance metrics in areas such as Customer Satisfaction, Average Handling Time
Perform remote troubleshooting for parcel lockers and help resolve technical issues.
Provide accurate information about parcel statuses and movements.
Requirements:
Readiness to work Monday-Friday between 8.00-23.00, Sat-Sun 8-21
Availability to work at least 2 weekends per month
Availability for full time or part time, guaranteed minimum 100 hours/month
Paid training with attendance expected
Strong in spoken and written English (at least C1)
High-speed internet – fixed broadband
Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments
Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues
Excellent detail orientation, prioritizing and work organization
Part-time candidates willing to work during weekends are welcome.
