Chat Operator with German
Responsibilities:
• To engage directly with our customers through our website chat (communication in German and English)
• Assist customer inquiries by being the initial point of contact
• Verification and accurate input of client information into our CRM database
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal skills in German (C1)
• Proficient spoken and written English language skills (B2)
• High level of precision and ability to manage repetitive tasks
• Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
